The cuddle time is for me.. not you :)

Why is it when one of my children hurt themselves, and those big tears start spilling down their cheeks, I just want to cuddle them close until I think they start feeling better?
My boys on the other hand have a different idea. They let me hold them for maybe 35 seconds and then they start to slowly slide away from my lap and keep crying for maybe 5 steps and then they're happy and playing all over again. Come on! I need more cuddle time then that!

listing buttons

I finally decided to list my button sets on Etsy. Hooray :)

I had a plan to get into bed by 10 p.m. so that I could try and wake up early. I didn't decide to list my buttons until around 10 p.m. :P so that would be why I'm still awake and on the computer at 11:48 p.m. Oops.

I'm happy, and very tired, so now its time to crawl into bed and fall into a nice peaceful sleep... until Dylan wakes up screaming at around 2 a.m. hahaha Night!

Having a not so great day

These kids drive me crazy. I need to sit down and watch a movie and work on my moms blanket and chill out!

Bath time is only 10 minutes away! Then bed time! I can't wait!

Can't the kitchen clean itself?!

I've almost let a week pass without writing on here. I couldn't really think of much to say...and even now I still can't. I'm tired. Still have a kitchen to clean. Because of these....

Yes they taste as good as they look :) Thin mint cookies. Yum.

New Years Resolution

New years resolution : FINISH 4 KNIT PROJECTS!

I never finish knit projects! Ugh! I've been working on this blanket for my mom for almost 2 years now (give or take).

I love EVERYTHING about this blanket. The colors are amazing. Its really really soft. Plus its very warm without being heavy. I really don't have that much left to do on it. I just never pull it out and work on it. This year, it will be finished!

I have two baby blankets started. Also a scarf. Tons of yarn for other projects I would like to start :P And I just said ok to a friend to try and make a sweater for her little dog. lol! Really wondering how that will turn out! Almost forgot. I started some knit place mats in red and green for Christmas. I think I started those two years ago too!

So, four projects need to be finished in 2010. I'm starting with my moms blanket. I'll give myself till the end of February. Here we go...
